Privigen Dosing and Administration

A trained healthcare professional, such as a nurse, administers your Privigen infusion

Privigen is given through a needle into a vein. You can receive Privigen at the hospital, in an infusion clinic, at the doctor’s office, or even in your own home. Individual response to treatment may vary, but while receiving your infusion, you may be able to do activities such as read a book, watch a movie, listen to music, or use your tablet or smartphone.

Privigen is administered every 3 to 4 weeks for the treatment of PI

Privigen infusions for PI are typically given in a single day. Infusions typically take a few hours, but may be slower or faster based on patient tolerance and dose.
